Truly, they needed a person of color on this panel. Like...don't talk about how "ridiculous" or "sensitive" the other side is being without having representation from the other side. This was a totally biased panel. I'm not saying that anyone said anything overtly offensive, but I am saying that this conversation would have been more enriched and had more journalistic integrity if a different perspective had been offered.

She lost her show over that? Lol No!!! It's because she refused to cast MSNBCs far left parsonage is why she lost this show and its NBC, CNN and other left wing channels and people who are spreading the negativity all around about her bit not one word about this on FOX other than how funny it is that this happened and the fact that regardless of what show she has or if she ever sees another minute on the air NBC is still gonna have to shell out the 69 million! I'm still laughing inside over this. Pretty soon you won't have freedom of speech anymore and or freedom of expression! Slowly you are losing your rights and this is only a way to ease this fact into the public. The left is chopping us all down 1 person at a time like a rain forest. Soon it will be flat land and some poppi plants growing.

I love you Megyn Kelly and honestly I was NOT offended by her comments as a Black person. For sure, the disgraceful history of Blackface is appalling. What I saw here was an honest person, asking a question and trying to have a conversation. That is what I want to see more of. People should be free to honestly ask and question. And obviously, she probably did not know the history. Why attack someone? She is smart, beautiful, and talented. I admire her so much. Very few people are honest and open, tell it like it is and not be politically correct. Mercy. Where is the grace? We ALL need grace. Much love and God's blessings!

That chick knew exactly what she was doing, she was testing the water to see if she could get away with the same crap she would say on Fox news. First of all, the article she was talking about was about in U.K., maybe they thought dressing like a cowboy would offend Americans. But being a cowboy was an occupation, no different than a fireman. You don't ask the bartender to herd your cows, you hire a farmhand, a cowboy. So I don't think that would have been offensive. But she used that article to open a discussion about what she really wanted to talk about and that was RACE. She wanted to tell minorities to stop crying about blackface. She did the classic racist move by talking about how minorities should feel, act and think without including them in the conversation. Think about it, an all white panel to talk about racial insensitivity. Is that because white people are experts about what people should be should be offended by? If you are going to talk about people, religion or cultures different then yours, then include them in the conversation and actually listen instead of being dismissive. Otherwise you don't really want to learn about them, you just want to talk about them.

Racism is horrible, and I'm not a fan of Megyn Kelly, but all she said is that dressing as a character in blackface used to be okay. She didn't say it was acceptalbe now. I Cant Believe Megan Kelly Has lost her job because of this interview.?????????? Megan Your better off not working for them.they are all part of what Mr trump is trying to make America wake up to political correctness gone demented.I Don't Live in America Thank God never had any longing to live there like so many like so many from around the world just look at today with the caravans heading towards you.I see so many young and I mean Young Americans born during or since the 1990s Snowflakes who melt at the slightest thing crying celebrity's who cant cope because their chosen politician hasn't won campuses who set up rooms for students to have counselling and people who remember 25 years ago a man brushed me and smiled so I need counselling now. What The FuckWhere once the world had great respect for America Today its seen as a politically correct minefieldthe young of America need to start being more respectful and whatever your political views you need to get behind your president.you need to stop being so ungrateful start to look outside of your shallow lives and start to watch TV channels you wouldn't normally watch to see documentary's from around Various parts of the world to realise what you have and to be dam Grateful for what you have and you cant keep on taking and taking people in to America as it isn't 1850 their is only so much people a country can take in order to control law and order.

This is so ridiculous! People are looking to find fault in anything today. THAT was what she said? Seriously, does this clip cover the whole thing? What's the problem with asking questions and saying what you thought was right and benign - even if you are wrong about it? How else are people supposed to learn from each other? I can't stand Megyn Kelly for her dedication to advancing male-supremacist values and views while calling herself "feminist." Vile supremacist woman for sure but in this particular discussion ABOUT politically correct boundaries how is racism not fitting to address? I guess Megyn just found her next book topic.

If there is a stereotype, it doesn’t automatically mean it’s racist or sexist. For someone to be racist, you have to prove the intent the person had. You have to ask yourself the question “Is the person doing anything that is meant to dehumanize a race?” If so, then the person is racist; if not, then they aren’t. A person can dress up as another race for Halloween with the sole intent that they just want to be that person. How is that dehumanizing? It's not. But if someone dresses up as a black person and acts like a monkey. This is a more obvious racist message. In that case, they are trying to dehumanize the race by saying that black people are more like animals then people. But if a kid wants to dress up as Obama for Halloween because he is inspired by him. That is not racist. If the intent of black face was to try to keep blacks out of a job back in the day, then that is racist. But if the goal was to try to entertain using stereotypes without dehumanizing, then that is not racist. In fact, that is what many comedians today do. They focus in on many stereotypes and make jokes without giving a message that is dehumanizing. But for the most part, no one has a problem with that. The goal is to determine what message a person is saying. The main problem here is that so many people are way too sensitive. Inanimate objects aren’t racist, but people can be. Know the difference.

I can understand how dressing as a Native American, Mexican, or even a nun can be offensive...but a cowboy? I don't get that one. People who are successful get ahead because they don't let others dictate their terms. We teach people how to treat us. And if you teach them that they can treat you badly and intimidate you, then that's exactly what you'll get. Treated badly. Intimidated at every turn. And given zero respect. Lacking the courage of your convictions is the fastest way to ensure people not only have no respect for you, but that they will ridicule you and despise you. Megyn Kelly should have stood her ground and spouted some common sense instead of cowering in her corner. She needs to stand up to all the jello-spined LBTQXYZ-lovers and soy-nancy-boys at NBC. She has the backbone of a snail. Just the smallest amount of pressure sees her caving, backpedalling, grovelling and apologizing. I'd rather listen to Alex Jones who, whether you like him or not, at least displays some spine and some balls. If we are now at a point where illusion, pretense and make-believe are subject to censorship and political correctness then doesn't some Einstein at NBC think we've gone just a tad too far?? (In this lunatics-running-the-asylum climate why am I not surprised when I read that a plastic gorilla has been removed from a playground - where it's been for 50 years, for being “RACIST”). I don't care what color you paint your face. Are we now going to say it's disrespectful to witches, ghosts and goblins to do so? What about all those overly-made up girls at the cosmetic counter - are they now being disrespectful to Drag Queens? Why aren't we screaming about face tattoos being disrespectful of Maori culture? Or piercings being disrespectful of Amazon tribal culture? In fact, why don't we ban long, dark hair because it's obviously disrespectful of Native American culture? And Megan Kelly dying her hair blond? That's just a disrespectful spiteful parody of Nordic culture! And while we're at it - spelling Megyn with a “y” disrespects every other Meghan or Megan out there. (Either spell it properly or get sued Kelly!). Such *overwhelming* liberal IDIOCY is why the Left and Liberals are the laughing stock of the nation. (How could anyone EVER think they were fit to govern a country). We'd be bogged down for years arguing over red tape and whether it's discriminatory to clear tape.Or whether tape unfairly excludes string from the marketplace. FFS. GET a grip.

To clear up the commotion she wasn't wrong for asking what was the problem with "blackface" (which I'm surprised she doesn't know the reason) she was wrong for minimizing the problem of "blackface." Want to know why? "Blackface" was used as a way to degrade black people in the early 19th century. This was the era that birthed the Jim Crow Laws and oppressed black people all around the nation. Minstrel Shows were home of the "blackface" entertainment for white people. In conclusion, it's wrong to wear "blackface." PERIOD. There should be no argument about that.
